At the heart of the Old Trafford Regeneration is a new 100,000‑seat Manchester United stadium, acting as a major catalyst for wider once‑in‑a‑generation regeneration.

The Old Trafford Regeneration will be driven by the newly formed Old Trafford Regeneration Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC).
